Things to Note for Our Guests: 1. Heated Pool, Hot Tubs & Fire Pit: Open from 8:00 Am to 10:00 Pm 2. Fitness Room: Open from 5:00 Am to 10:00 Pm 3. Game Room: Open from 8:00 Am to 10:00 Pm 4. Quiet Hours: From 10:00 Pm to 8:00 Am 5. Trash: The Indoor C&D parking garages have trash dumpsters available. There is an additional dumpster located between H&J individual parking garages. Please keep the door closed after use to avoid bear issues. 6. Ski Storage Areas: The Ski-out/Ski-in Ski Bridge on the 5th floor of the D building has ski racks & ski locker rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ski Locker is accessible with the Common Door Code. 7. Bikes: Bikes are not allowed in hallways or units. Bike Locker rooms are located indoors in C&D parking garages. The Bike Locker Room is accessible with the Common Door Code. 8. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in common areas, on balconies, decks, or other entrances. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside the C building entrance in the designated smoking area. 9. No PET policy 10. Hallways: Luggage carts are provided for your convenience. Park the cart at the side of the hallway, unload it immediately, and return it to the parking garage you picked from.

An easy 2-block walk to the Winter Park Base Village and 2-1/2 miles from the Town of Winter Park, Iron Horse is also on the free local shuttle route. The Green Line shuttle runs continuously every 15-20 minutes and will take you from the Iron Horse door to the Village
