Building & Unit Specifics: New Construction: Athimar Apartments is a relatively new development. While fully operational, you might occasionally notice ongoing minor finishing touches in common areas as the building settles. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful experience for all residents and guests, please observe quiet hours, typically between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Balcony Safety: For your safety, please do not climb on balcony railings and supervise children closely on the balcony. Water & Electricity Usage: While air conditioning is provided for your comfort, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy consumption by turning off lights and AC when leaving the unit or opening windows/doors. Cozumel is an island, and resources are precious. Septic System (Common for Islands): To help maintain the building's plumbing, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Bins are provided for other waste. House Rules & Expectations: No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
