You will hear the river running below and an occasional train to remind you of the tranquility and history of WP itself. Sit at the writer’s desk and look over Mary Jane. 10 person max.

The space

Cozy rustic/industrial decor. The Penthouse has a large living space with high ceilings that includes a dining area that can seat 10, the living room with super comfortable leather sofa and chairs with a 65″ big screen tv and sound bar-great for movies and game watching, and the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Exclusive, one-of-a-kind unit. Right out of the elevator so no walking the long halls.

There is also a large common deck/Amenity deck area with a 20-person hot tub and fireplace on the property plus an outdoor grill. Ski locker for all your ski equipment.

Guest access

Heated underground garage parking is available, PAID during Winter. You have your own large private deck looking over Village and resort. You also have access to everything on the amenities deck. There is a shower and restroom on the 3rd level by the amenities deck as well if you need access to a 3rd Bathroom.

Parking Access

Starting July 29, 2021. Summer Parking pass will charge a one-time fee of $3 or normally it is FREE during Summer. PAID in Winter $19 (vary), we will send you instructions for purchasing a parking pass separately. There is NO free parking on the resort during ski season. The underground parking at Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe is heated and carts are available for your convenience to help get your things to and from the unit. Typically, you can find them on Floors 1 and 2 by the elevators.

You will go through the parking hut, just let them know you are a guest in Fraser Crossing. Enter from the Founders Point side on the right, and have your parking pass ready. You will need it for each entry and exit of the garage. Follow the arrows to the Fraser Crossing side of the garage. You can park anywhere within the garage, the Fraser Crossing side is just the closest. The pass is typically noon to noon but check the purchase site for more details and to confirm times.

Resort Bus and The Lift

The city also provides a bus service that is easy to access. Download the app on your phone The Lift Rider and Winter Park, CO or GPS locator.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Check-in procedure:
Upon arrival, proceed directly to the unit without stopping at the front desk. Standard check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. If there are no back-to-back guests, early check-in and late check-out options are available, and we will inform you accordingly.

Parking:
Ensure your parking is arranged in advance. Access the heated parking garage with a barcode scanner. Winter parking is $19/night (price varies; details will be communicated via message), while spring/summer parking is free (notification will be sent if it becomes paid).

Check-out procedure:
Please initiate the dishwasher. Dishes are cleaned from the last guest, as we request guests to start the washer before leaving.

HOT TUB ADVISORY:
Maintenance is underway for the Fraser Crossing HOT TUB, and its availability cannot be guaranteed. You can use the hot tub at Founders’ Point; however, availability is also subject to change.
